More 4th of July

We had such a good time this weekend. It was great having my sister and nieces in town (we missed you, Kody!) and my aunt, uncle and cousins come visit from west Texas. We ate a lot, laughed a lot, and played hard. The kids had a blast watching and shooting fireworks. Considering there were 4 kids ages 6 and under, there was very little "drama". Ha! :) The best part was realizing that my boys are old enough to play with their cousins and I could sit back and just watch. I wasn't having to chase after them or worry about what they were getting into.

This next week is going to be as calm and peaceful as possible. We are finally finished with workshops, VBS, etc. We can now begin to just enjoy the day and do whatever comes to mind. We will be getting ready for a weekend trip to Houston. Sean's dad has moved into his new house and there is a retirement/open house party for him on Friday night. We are going to celebrate this new chapter in his life. There's been some discussion about possibly going to the aquarium while we are there. It should be fun! :) Here are a few pictures...enjoy!
