I hope everyone had a great Christmas. Ours was wonderfully relaxing! We did Santa stuff in the morning and then presents in the evening. We didn't go the traditional route of turkey and dressing but instead had Mediterranean food. Our family loves it! We used to eat it all the time when we were living overseas. The boys enjoyed it too! :) It was great to spend our first Christmas with Aimee...she'll "officially" join the family in less than a month! :) She and John will be married on Jan. 24th. She already fits so perfectly in our family....and she makes John happy!
We came home late last night and so far none of us have left our pajamas. The boys have been playing with all their new toys and loving every minute of it. We've already played a few of the new games they got. There is nothing better than a rousing game of "Hungry Hungry Hippos!" I don't know who was more excited...the boys or Sean! :)
The boys have also enjoyed what my parents got them. It's something called "Helmet Heroes". To really understand what it is, you'll have to watch the video. It's so funny to see them go around the house with these things on their head.
Overall...it was a great Christmas. I'm ready to do it all again next year! :)
